Our fees and disbursements

The below price information is based on our experience and will give you a broad idea of the likely costs. We charge legal fees on a fixed fee basis which depends on the type of application you want to make. We have set out in the table below our estimated legal fees, the likely disbursements and timescales for the various types of applications listed. Disbursements are costs related to your matter that we have to pay to third parties, such as visa fees, which you will have to pay in addition to our legal fees. Disbursements are payable directly to the Home Office to ensure a smoother process.

Please contact us if the type of immigration application that you wish to pursue is not listed in the table and we will discuss how we can help you. Alternatively, you may wish to attend our Free Immigration Clinic   to receive initial advice.

Our additional legal fees are:

  • Electronic ID Charge - we may need to carry out electronic Identity checks to verify your identity for which we make a charge of £7.00 (including VAT of £1.17) per client
  • Photocopying - as immigration applications involve the submission of numerous copies of documents over and above that in other matters, we make a charge for photocopying. The photocopying cost will depend on the number of documents copied. We take £100.00 on account of copying and postage and will refund any surplus to you. Alternatively, if further funds are required, we will inform you.
